1200-1750 MASL - Single Origin
Our newest coffee from Costa Rica is a bit of an anomaly. Brewed as an espresso, the citrus is quite punchy and is reminiscent of a dry, white wine. As a filter coffee, the delicate citrus and floral notes may start off subtle, but as this coffee cools, the brightness and acidity lent from the anaerobic process really starts to shine through. It’s a fun one to experiment with at home or whenever you come visit us at the shop!
