Our new feature from Colombia is a fun one. This particular coffee varietal, Sudan Rume, originated in Africa before being revived in the mountains of South America. It's well-known around the world for its rich, syrupy sweetness and fruit-forward flavor notes. This one we qot from Jairo Arcila has all of those qualities and more. As an espresso, it is rich and blueberrv-forward. As a filter coffee, it's got a great balance of red fruits and lavender.
