Coffee Cupping 101

In this workshop you will learn how and why coffee professionals sample, or “cup” coffee. As a group we will sample several, unique coffees and discuss their various flavor profiles. We will also expand on how these flavors are affected by factors such as coffee origin, roast profile, and even the amount of sunlight the coffee plant receives! Join us for a fun and educational coffee experience.

Want to learn to steam milk like a pro barista? Take your first steps toward steaming like a star! In this course, you will learn the basics of milk steaming and pouring latte art. You will also learn about the science of milk steaming and how it interacts with your espresso. Bring your questions with you!
